# Installation

Install and start the SB Notify resource.

### Install the resource

1. Place the `sbnotify` folder in your server's `resources/` directory.
2. Add the resource after `qb-core` in `server.cfg`.

```cfg
ensure sbnotify
```

Restart the server after saving `server.cfg`.

### Verify the installation

Use `/sbtest` in-game. The command sends the built-in notification types in sequence.

Use `/sbtestshort` to send two quick notifications without captions.
