# Configuration

All settings are in `config.lua`. The table below lists the main sections.

| Section | What it does |
| ------------------------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `Config.UseTarget` | `true` uses SB Bridge target. `false` uses the interact key at prompts. |
| `Config.InteractKey` | Default interact key (`E`). Players can rebind it under Settings > Key Bindings > FiveM > "Fuel: interact". |
| `Config.JerryCanKey` | Second key (`G`) shown at pumps when `UseTarget = false`. Buys a jerry can. |
| `Config.FuelTypes` | Label, grade, colour and default price for each fuel. |
| `Config.PriceLimits` | Minimum and maximum price per fuel. Owners can price anywhere in this range. |
| `Config.JobDiscounts` | Percent off by job name or job type, on duty only. |
| `Config.Breakdown` | Which fuels damage which engines. Diesel breaks anything not set up for diesel. |
| `Config.ModelFuel` / `Config.ClassFuel` | Fuel type per spawn code or vehicle class. |
| `Config.Electric` | EV models, charger prop, charger locations, price per kWh, charge speed and cable. |
| `Config.TankSize` | Tank or battery size per class or model. `0` means the vehicle takes no fuel. |
| `Config.Consumption` | Idle use, RPM factor, and class and model multipliers. |
| `Config.Hose` | Hose length, outlet height and reach (per pump model too), nozzle model and hand position. |
| `Config.ExtraPumps` | Single pump props at vector4 spots, public or job locked. |
| `Config.Refuel` | Flow rate, payments and animation. |
| `Config.JerryCan` | Price, capacity and the fuel it holds. |
| `Config.Ownership` | Owning, price change cooldown, staff limits and what staff can do. |
| `Config.Stock` / `Config.Maintenance` | Stock and wear. |
| `Config.OfficeSettings` / `Config.Offices` | Office marker, optional clerk ped and office positions. |
| `Config.Tanker` | Truck and trailer models, terminal bays, loads, wholesale prices and limits. |
| `Config.Stations` | Every station: ID, label and pump centre. |

Fuel type is resolved in this order: electric list, then `Config.ModelFuel`, then `Config.ClassFuel`, then `Config.DefaultFuelType`.

### Locations

* **Extra pumps** (`Config.ExtraPumps`): single pumps anywhere, for example a police garage pump locked to police. `jobs` maps job name to minimum grade, `jobTypes` accepts any job of that type, and leaving both out makes a public pump. `station = false` makes an independent pump at default prices.
* **Offices** (`Config.Offices`): where each station is bought and managed. Stations attached to a store start at the store counter, and the rest start at the pumps.
* **Buy price and for sale**: set per station in game with `/fuelstations`. Saved in the database. New stations start at `Config.Ownership.defaultStationPrice` and `defaultForSale`.
* **EV chargers** (`Config.Electric.chargers`): each entry is a vector4, with an optional `price` per charger.
* **Terminal trailer bays** (`Config.Tanker.depot.trailers`): where tanker trailers wait for pickup. A random clear bay is used for each delivery.

### Hauler spawn

The hauler spawn isn't in the config. Each owner sets it in the office with **Supply > Set spot**. The office closes and a see-through truck follows you. Aim the camera where the truck should spawn, turn it with the scroll wheel (hold Shift to turn faster), then press **Enter** to save or **Backspace** to cancel. The ring turns red outside the station. Deliveries can be paid from the station balance or the owner's bank, and cancelled from the Supply tab.

### Office markers and clerk

Office markers can be turned off in `Config.OfficeSettings.marker`. A clerk ped can be turned on in `Config.OfficeSettings.ped`. It's off by default, because store counters often already have a shop clerk.
