# Installation

Install and start SB Firefighter Job.

### Add the resource

Place the `sbfirefighter` folder in your server's `resources` directory.

### Configure the resource

Set the required job and locations in `config.lua`.

Use the default `'ambulance'` job only for testing.

### Start the resource

Add the following line to `server.cfg` after its dependencies:

```cfg
ensure sbfirefighter
```

### Start the server

The `sb_firefighterxp` table is created during the first resource start.

Confirm that no dependency errors appear in the server console.
